In Sweden, the data protection regulation (GDPR) applies, which is common to all EU member states. The purpose of it is, among other things, to tighten the privacy and rights around individuals’ personal data. There is also national legislation, the Data Protection Act, which supplements this data protection regulation.
The processing of some personal data is necessary for experiencing the Urgent Pedagogies project and platform. Processing means that we at The Swedish Arts Grants Committee may need to collect, sort, and store your personal data in various ways according to particular services and tools we work with:

Your data is only saved as long as you are a subscriber and after consent has been given. When you withdraw your consent, we delete your email address, both with us and with the supplier who supplies the software for sending our newsletters.
You have the right to request information correction, deletion, and limitation. If you would like to know if and in what ways The Swedish Arts Grants Committee processes your personal data, please send us a signed request. You have the right to request information about personal data that is processed about you, and to have your personal data corrected if it is incorrect. You also have the right to request deletion of personal data and restriction of processing.
